About Literary Salmon

The Literary Salmon name came about after a conversation between Bernie, Jane and Fran. Attending a WordFactory literary salon event earlier in 2014, a couple of glasses of wine meant that one of us could no longer say salon. Salmon it was, then! Literary Salmon: a food cart that we’d park outside literary events, feeding the hordes the finest fish and chips while they fed their souls with stories!

We never did feed the word-loving masses, but several million (it felt like) fish puns later, it seemed natural to return to our Literary Salmon roots when the idea for The Casual Electrocution of Strangers came up.

If you’d like to get in touch with us for any reason (feedback, praise [we like praise], opinions, suggestions, wanting to hire one of our writers to write something) please email literarysalmon@googlemail.com
